Fried Tofu
Ingredients:
- 1 cup button mushrooms, fresh or canned quartered (optional)
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/4 cup spring onions cut into 1/2" lengths
- 5 pieces tofu cut into 1/2" x 1/2" cubes
- Heat oil in pan and fry tofu until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir fry the mushrooms for about 3-5 minutes.
- Add oyster sauce and fried tofu. Miz well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the spring onions and stir.
- Serve hot.
