Honey Pork
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo Monterey Pork Cutlets
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 1 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1 teaspoon white ground pepper
- Magnolia Nutri oil
- For the marinade, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over Monterey Pork Cutlets and marinade for at least 2 hours.
- Cut meat into strips and fry in hot oil until done.
Makes 8-10 servings.
